Legal information
Terms of consultation
Terms governing Scriptpathcore employment consultation services in Germany.
Acceptance and scope
By booking a consultation you accept these terms. Scriptpathcore provides independent informational consultation, document organisation and meeting preparation. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation, tax advice, medical advice or a guaranteed employment outcome. The written confirmation defines the service, date, included document volume and fee.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate context, meet stated document deadlines and remove unrelated confidential or sensitive material. You remain responsible for decisions, employer communications and obtaining qualified legal advice. A consultation does not suspend any contractual or statutory deadline.
Fees and appointments
Fees include German VAT unless stated otherwise and are due as described in the booking confirmation. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds follow our refund policy. We may decline or stop work where a conflict, unlawful request, abusive conduct or matter outside competence becomes apparent.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Our summaries and preparation materials are protected by intellectual property law and licensed to the client for personal use in the relevant employment matter. They may be shared with the client’s professional adviser but not sold, published or reused commercially without permission. Client documents remain the client’s or relevant owner’s property.
Liability
Services are performed with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to foreseeable loss connected directly to the confirmed service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law and disputes
German law governs these terms. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction remains unaffected. Please contact info@scriptpathcore.digital first so we can try to resolve a concern directly. If a provision is invalid, the remaining terms continue to apply.
