Cancellation and refund policy

Consultation appointments

Cancel more than 24 hours before the agreed start for a full refund. One reschedule is available without charge when requested more than 24 hours beforehand. A cancellation inside 24 hours may receive a partial refund if the time is rebooked, less any document review already completed.

No-shows and late arrival

If you do not attend and have not contacted us, the appointment fee is non-refundable because the time was reserved and preparation performed. A late start does not automatically extend the appointment. We will consider documented emergencies fairly.

Document review and work already started

For written reviews, you may cancel before work starts for a full refund. Once review has begun, the portion covering work already completed is non-refundable and the balance is returned. A completed and delivered review is not refundable merely because the employment outcome differs from what the client hoped. No physical materials or deposits are normally purchased for these services.

Our cancellation

If Scriptpathcore cancels and no suitable new date is agreed, all undelivered work is refunded. If a matter is found to require a service we cannot provide, we explain the limitation and refund any unearned amount.

Requesting a refund

Email info@scriptpathcore.digital with your name, appointment date and reason. Request within 14 days of the cancellation or disputed delivery. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days; bank processing may add time. Statutory consumer rights and any mandatory cooling-off rights remain unaffected.
