The 90-minute performance improvement plan consultation includes advance review of up to 20 pages and a written action summary. It is the best fit when a formal plan is already in hand.

Meeting preparation — €185 incl. VAT

A 60-minute video session focused on an upcoming HR or manager conversation. Brief supporting documents are reviewed during preparation.

Document review — from €160 incl. VAT

The starting fee covers up to ten pages and a written set of plain-language observations. Longer records, translation context and delivery inside one working day are quoted before work begins.

Next-step consultation — €235 incl. VAT

A 75-minute session after a negative review or completed plan period, with a sequenced decision checklist.

What can change a quote

Page volume, document language, the number of separate issues and urgency affect the fee. You receive the full price in writing before confirming. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.

Payment and cancellation

Payment is requested after the appointment is confirmed. You may cancel for a full refund more than 24 hours before the session. Later cancellation and work already completed are handled under our refund policy.
