Why Scriptpathcore exists
A performance process can compress weeks of concern into one dense document and a short response deadline. Scriptpathcore was established to give employees a calm place to read that record carefully, prepare useful questions and make decisions without false reassurance.
Working approach
We begin with the documents rather than assumptions about either side. Expectations are separated into measures, dates, responsibilities and dependencies. Your recollection is turned into a chronology that can be checked. Where a question belongs with a German employment lawyer, works council, union representative or medical professional, we say so plainly.
The practitioner
Mara Feld leads consultations from Hamburg and online across Germany. Her background spans employee relations, performance conversations and cross-border workplace communication. She works in English with professionals employed under German arrangements. Scriptpathcore provides consultation and preparation; it is not a law firm.

Confidentiality. Only relevant documents are requested, and sensitive material should be minimised.
Precision. Advice is tied to the wording, deadline and workplace context in front of us.
Proportion. Not every difficult conversation requires escalation, but statutory deadlines and serious allegations should never be treated casually.
Agency. The final decision remains yours. Our role is to make the options and consequences easier to see.
